For DMCA / takedown notices

If you believe content on Toolvana infringes your copyright, send an email with subject [Takedown] to hello@aravindlabs.tech including:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  2. The exact URL on Toolvana where the alleged infringement is located.
  3. Your contact information (full name, address, email, phone).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We respond to valid notices within 7 business days.

For tool requests

We add tools based on real user demand. The more specific your request, the more likely it ships:

  • What tool do you want?
  • What is the input? (file type, text format, etc.)
  • What is the expected output?
  • Where are you currently doing this task? (paid SaaS we're replacing, desktop app, etc.)
  • How often do you need it? (daily, weekly, occasional)

For partnerships and press

Toolvana is independent and self-funded. We're open to:

  • Featuring on tutorials, blogs, YouTube videos, podcasts (no permission needed, just let us know).
  • Bundled distribution (e.g. school resource lists, corporate intranets).
  • White-label deployment for nonprofits / NGOs (case-by-case, free for verified non-profits).

What we're not open to: SEO / link exchange / "guest post" outreach, sponsored content disguised as editorial, affiliate-only partnerships, anything that compromises the privacy stance.

Response time expectations

  • Bug reports: acknowledged within 24 hours, typical fix within 7 days for critical issues.
  • Tool requests: acknowledged within 48 hours. Build timeline depends on complexity.
  • Privacy requests: within 30 days as required by GDPR / DPDP Act / CCPA.
  • Takedown notices: within 7 business days.
  • Partnerships & press: within 7 days.
  • "Hi" emails: within 48 hours, sometimes longer if travelling.

Office hours

We are a one-person operation based in IST timezone. Email is async — there is no live chat, no phone support, no Discord. This is intentional: it lets us ship more features instead of running a support team. Most issues get a faster resolution via clear emailed bug reports than via chat back-and-forth.
